Yeshiva University - International Undergraduate Programs in Israel
Yeshiva University allows students to earn a YU undergraduate degree in partnership with Bar-Ilan University and Tel-Aviv University. These programs, taught entirely in English, include customized classes, along with comprehensive Torah studies, led by renowned faculty. Studies prepare students for today’s competitive global career market, with mentoring and support from YU’s alumni network, individualized career guidance, and internship opportunities. This program grants its students with the opportunity to get immersed in Israeli society and gain experience in leading Israeli industries.
Study Programs
Students may choose from the following academic paths:
- Business Administration and Management: This program, conducted in partnership with Tel-Aviv University’s Coller School of Management, exposes students to the global business arena and allows them to develop entrepreneurial skills. Business management studies include one full day weekly at the Tel-Aviv University campus, combined with online courses, internships, workshops, and meeting with executives.
- Psychology and Multidisciplinary Jewish Studies: This track is conducted in partnership with Bar Ilan University (BIU) and combines scientific research with Jewish values and education. Classes are taught twice a week at the BIU campus, combined with online studies.

Who is Eligible?
Men’s programs:
- U.S. high-school seniors headed for YU-affiliated Yeshivot.
- Alumni of Yeshiva programs approved by Yeshiva University.
Women’s programs:
- U.S. high-school seniors headed for YU-affiliated seminaries.
- Alumni of seminary tracks approved by Yeshiva University.
Study Structure
Coursework should be completed within four years, in the following order:
- Year 1: during their first year, students use their YU-affiliated Israeli seminary credits.
- Years 2-3: studied on campus in Israel, at Yeshiva University and either Bar-Ilan University or Tel-Aviv University (depending on the chosen study track).
- Year 4: includes YU facilitated courses and instruction, and one summer semester at the New York Yeshiva University campus.
Study Experience and Student Life
- Men’s Campus Experience: The men’s campus is set in Yeshiva University’s Gruss Institute, at the heart of Jerusalem. The double curriculum includes morning Torah studies, a Beit Midrash available throughout the day, and chavruta time followed by a shiur with options for advanced studies.
- Women’s Campus Experience: The women’s study track is based in Yeshiva University’s Chorev Lebanot campus in Jerusalem. Its double curriculum includes morning Torah studies, Beit Midrash, classes in Halacha, Tanach, and Jewish thought, and optional chavruta learning.
