Master's in Engineering for new Olim
Hello Adam,

There are several academic institutions in Israel that offer graduate degree programs for new Olim, in accordance with the Student Authority at the Ministry of Aliyah and Absorption. Studies in these programs are conducted in English (in some programs the first year is in English and the second year is in Hebrew, following extensive Ulpan).

Among the universities currently offering master’s in engineering for Olim: Bar-Ilan University offers an M.Sc degree in electrical engineering; Ariel University offers M.Sc degrees for Olim in mechanical engineering, and in electrical and electronic engineering; Tel-Aviv University offers M.Sc programs in biomedical engineering, and in environmental engineering; Ben-Gurion University offers M.Sc degrees in the following subjects: biomedical engineering, biotechnology engineering, communication systems engineering, electro-optical engineering, software and information systems engineering, materials engineering, mechanical engineering, and electrical engineering; and The Technion offers an M.Sc program in science and engineering.
