You can find an undergraduate degree in psychology conducted in English at Reichman University (Herzliya). In addition, Ben-Gurion University (in Be’er Sheva) offers a preparation program in psychology conducted in English, which prepares students for continuing their studies in Hebrew. Bachelor’s degrees in communications conducted in English can be studied at Bar-Ilan University (Ramat Gan) and Reichman University (Herzliya). In Addition, Tel-Aviv University offers a B.A in liberal arts which combines both psychology and communications along with other subjects such as philosophy, literature, etc. Most of these programs are also suitable for Olim (new immigrants to Israel).

Regarding recognition of your previous studies, recognition and evaluation of academic studies from outside of Israel is conducted via the Department of Evaluation of Foreign Academic Degrees in the Ministry of Education. I would advise you to contact the department directly to inquire about accreditation of your previous studies.
