There are more than a few programs in Israel in the field of agriculture - workshops, training programs. short courses and more. Among the schools and institutions that offer the different programs you can find: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation, and more.

As for the process of applying I highly advise you check with the institutions directly if they will accept a student from Malawi and what's the process exactly.

Each school and institute have a different program and some offer scholarships to international students.
