In order to study medicine in Israel as an international student you must complete a pre-med undergraduate degree.
Also your GPA should be around 3.4, and students must submit their MCAT scores or their equivalent in case students are not from the US with scores of above 27.
The programs do change from time to time, so I do advise you contact the institutes directly.

As far as I know Pre med is not a major but a term students use in the US when they study an undergraduate degree and intend to go to medical school.
