As far as I know in most of the internships, the interns do not get paid. At several academic programs students are getting stipends that will be given during their internships. However, the sum is less than the Israeli minimum wage.

Among the academic institutes which offer internship programs to international students you can find: The Bar Ilan University, The Ben Gurion University of the Negev, The Hebrew University, The Tel Aviv University and more.
