As far as i know, there are no international relations but there are a few schools who offers a master degree in political sciences, among them The Tel Aviv University, Bar Ilan University, University of Haifa and more.

In order to apply candidates must complete an undergraduate degree in a related field like politics, government, journalism and sociology, with an average of 3.0 or more (80 or above). Students who wish to participate in a thesis track will need an average of 88 or higher (3.4).
In addition, candidates who did not complete their undergraduate studies in an English speaking country must take an English proficiency test.
