There are more than a few programs in Israel in the field of agriculture - workshops, training programs. short courses and more.
Among the schools and institutions who offer the different programs you can find: The Golda Meir Training Center, The Arava Institute, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.

Each school and institute have a different program, some of the programs are shorter or longer than others and some offer scholarships for international students.
