There are a few institutions in Israel which offer a BA program in business management, among them: The Tel Aviv University, The Hebrew University, The College of Management, Ramat Gan's College of Law and Business and more.
Most schools and institutions will take under consideration your high school grades, especially in math and English. Qualifications to apply differ, I advise you contact the institutes for further information.
