As far as I know, the only school in Israel which offer an international Msc in Software and Information Systems Engineering is The Ben Gurion University.
It's a two-year program (4 semesters) taught in English.
All applicants must present an undergraduate degree in undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or other relevant fields with a GPA of 80 or higher, pass a TOFEL exam with a score of 85 / 120 and if they have it, present a GRE score although it's not mandatory.
