Data Science undergraduate degree in English

My son Jayden and I are going to make Aliyah at the end of next year after he finishes his final year of school in South Africa.
He wants to study Data Science at university in Israel but his Hebrew is not good at all. Do you offer the Data Science degree at undergraduate level? If not, do you know if a university that does?
We are both here currently in Israel visiting my wife and daughter who have already made Aliyah. It would be nice to visit the campus of any university that does offer such a degree.
