Technion - Israel's Institute of Technology (Haifa) - offers a B.Sc. in Civil and Environmental Engineering program in English.
Tel Aviv University - offers a B.Sc in Electrical and Electronics engineering in english.
ORT Braude College (Karmiel, Galilee) - offers engineering students from abroad to study a year in Israel.
