looking for Masters in mechanical engineering

As far as I know, the Ben Gurion University and The Technion, both offer a master degree in Mechanical engineering.
Part of the requirements are a B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering or in closely related fields from an accredited institution, at a minimum GPA of 80/100 according to the Israeli grading system, a TOEFL score of at least 85/120 or the equivalent score in an internationally recognized English proficiency exam, GRE is recommended but not a requirement.

I am Rashen and 28 years old. I am a Mechatronics engineering graduate and looking for masters in Mechanical engineering in israel. My GPA is 2.98/4.00(74.5%) is it possible to get a chance to get admission from any these university? If possible please guide me to achieve my career goals.
