Hebrew University - Offers different summer programs. Elementary and advanced.

TAU International (Tel Aviv university) Offers Hebrew Programs which may include Biblical studies (you need to check)

Jerusalem University College - offers Historical and Geographical Settings of the Bible course.

You can also try and contact Bar Ilan University.
