I am writing from ethiopia Ministry of Finance ,we need basic training regarding SOEs. Could you give such type of training.

I'm not familiar with any institute that provides international Programs of SEO in Israel.

You can maybe try and look for online courses that you can all take such as "The knowledge academy" that offers online programs or even contact the Israel Embassy in your country and ask if there is some kind of collaboration that can be made.
