Many universities and colleges allow international students from various countries to study for one or two semesters in Israel, most programs can be studied in English.

Usually, application for these programs is for undergraduate students with a high GPA according to their performance in their home countries.

To my knowledge, in order to participate, you need to contact your University in Canada and ask for information.
