In Israel, you can find a few institutions that offer B.A Programs:

Reichman University (Herzliya) : offers psychology programs for international students.

The Hebrew University of Jerusalem: offers a degree in Behavioral Sciences.

Bar Ilan University: offers a B.A. program in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences that includes courses in economy, politics, and sociology.

Each institute has different requirements, fees, and terms. some of them also provide scholarships.
