My postdoc proposal script is ready in hand. This will help both the country India and Israel. I m working on soil-crop nutrient management and try to develop a new technology. Please let me know the way forward,

There are a few institutions that I advise you to contact regarding your post-doctoral proposal: The agriculture research organization, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and the Israel Ministry of Agriculture (IMOA).

I advise you to contact those institutions directly to find out which one can offer you the best program and the best scholarship or funding.
