There are a few institutions that offer M.A programs in Archaeology for international Students :

Bar Ilan University - MA in Land of Israel Studies and Archaeology..Two years program in English.

Tel Aviv University - MA in Ancient Israel Studies. in order to apply, students must have a GPA above 3 or 80%. in the case of non-fluent English, you will also have to pass TOEFL or IELTS scores.

The Hebrew University in Jerusalem - MA in Archaeology and the Ancient Near East.
