There are a few institutions in Israel that offer different Bachelor's Degree in English. Among them : The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Bar Ilan University, Tel Aviv University, and more.

Admission for undergraduate studies is based on GPA as well as SAT (or other standardized tests) scores. Most programs require that your high school average will be 80 or higher.
