There are a few programs in Israel in the field of agriculture - workshops, training programs. short courses and more.

Among the schools and institutions that offer the different programs you can find:
Mashav International Agriculture training Center, The Galilee Institute (offers an Agricultural Skills Development program of 10 days), and The Arava institute.

Each school and institute have a different program, some of the programs could be shorter or longer than others and some offer scholarships to international students so I've attached a link a at the end of my message that will send you to an article about the different schools, institutes and programs you can choose from and hopefully help you find the best one for you.
