There are a few institutions in Israel that offer summer programs in entrepreneurship. Among them are Tel Aviv University (Spring Semester), Galilee Institute (9 days program), The Technion Institute (1-month program), and The Hebrew University.

Each school and institute have a different program, some of the programs could be shorter or longer than others. I highly recommend you to contact those institutions directly and ask for the updated course's status. You can also find more details on those institutions' Websites.
