Dear Madam/Sir,

I am hereby writing to know if I could apply for a Ph.D. program for fields of research in Computer Science, and in particular, in AI/ML and its applications in healthcare, cybersecurity, Network Security (Intrusion Detection and Prevention) and any other field of study that I might explore about at your university.

I am a hardworking father of three and a family man aspiring to get the most out of Israel's top quality research and education. I am sure a Ph.D. study in Israel will be a game changer for me and that is why I am eagerly waiting for your response.

PhD programs in Israel
Hello Netsanet,

There are a few institutions in Israel which offer international Phd programs, among them: The University of Haifa, The Ben Gurion University, The Tel Aviv University and The IDC Herzliya.
In order to find out if they have an opening for an international student in a PhD program you'll have to contact them directly.

Each of those institutions have different admission but in general candidates will have to finish a Master's thesis track in a known academic institution in the world, their grade average must be at least 80 (B), and the thesis grade must be 85 or higher (the equivalent of "Very Good").
