Among the Institutions that provides short training in the field of agriculture, you can find : MASHAV, he Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation, and more.

Each school and institute have a different program, some of the programs could be shorter or longer than others. I highly recommend you to contact those institutions directly and ask for the updated course's status.
