Hello Diing,

The Hebrew University offers a master degree in development practice for international students.
In order to apply, applicants must present a bachelor degree with a GPA of at least 80.

Students can choose between two study tracks:
1. Resource and development economics
2. Agro environmental development

In prder to apply you need to contact the school directly - They will also tell you if they are planning on opening this program in the next academic year.
