As far as I know, both programs are available as a master degree but no a bachelor. Because you haven't mentioned what program you're looking for it's a bit hard for me to help and be specific.
If by any chance you're looking for a master degree, you can find those at The Tel Aviv University, The Weizmann Institute and the University of Haifa.
