Hi. I am a caregiver from Philippines. A graduate of Bachelor Of Secondary Education major in General Science and have Units in Master of Arts in Education major in Biology but i didn't not finished my thesis . I taught biology for 15 years and i would like to continue my studies here. Do you know any university that can accomodate me as international student? Thanks and looking forward for your response.

If you are open to studying in Hebrew, i'm sure you can find a study program that will fit you, but if you are planning on studying as an international student in English the science programs we have are not related to education so it will miss your goal.

Biology and chemistry studies in Israel

If you want to be a neurologist you don't need to study biology and chemistry, you need to apply for an MD program as a neurologist is a doctor.
In order to study medicine you must first finish your premed studies abroad because there are no premed international programs in Israel.
There are a few institutions which offer medical programs, among them: The Tel Aviv University, The Hebrew University, The University of Haifa, the Ben Gurion University and more.
In order to study medicine in Israel you must first complete your pre med studies.
Candidates need to present a GPA of at least 3.4. and MCAT scores (or their equivalent in case students are not from the US) with scores of above 27.

Regarding the scholarships you'll have to contact the schools directly as each of them offer different options.

In order to become a neurologist you need to be a doctor so you'll have to study a medical degree.
In order to study medicine you must first finish your premed studies abroad because there are no premed international programs in Israel.

In order to study medicine in Israel you must first complete your pre med studies.

Once you'll finish here' if you want to work in the US you'll have to complete several tests (USMLE - all steps) so i'm not sure it's the right thing for you if the plan is to come and only study here - without starting your carrer.
