As far as I know, there are no Beekeeping Studies\scholarships programs in Israel.
The Hebrew University offers a short training course in beekeeping that is suitable for international students.

This is a 25-day track that focuses on commercial beekeeping and increasing honey production. It is suitable for Undergraduate students and over.
