PhD programs in Israel

There are a few institutions in Israel which offer international Phd programs, among them: The University of Haifa, The Ben Gurion University, The Tel Aviv University and The Raichman University Herzliya.
In order to find out if they have an opening for an international student in a PhD program you'll have to contact them directly.

Each of those institutions have different admission but in general candidates will have to finish a Master's thesis track in a known academic institution in the world, their grade average must be at least 80 (B), and the thesis grade must be 85 or higher (the equivalent of "Very Good").

All of the universities offer accessibility and aid for disabled students (Israeli and international) but you'll have to contact them directly to get all of the information about the option they can offer you.
