To my knowledge, currently, there are no short programs available in soil Fertility or environmental chemistry.

I highly recommend you to directly contact the institutions which usually offers these type of programs and ask them about optional scholarships or courses that may be planned.

you can try contacting some of the following institutions: The Hebrew University, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Arava Institute, and The Center of International Agriculture Development cooperation.
