There are two options that may fit your needs :

The ICSI - The Israeli College for Security and Investigations in Jerusalem offers programs in English that can fit your needs, among them: Information Protection, Investigations, and Intelligence, Bodyguards (protection officers), and more.

Another option for students and candidates who completed their undergraduate degree in history or social sciences with a GPA of 80 (3.0) or above is studying at Tel Aviv University or The University of Haifa. both offer an M.A program in national security and terrorism in Israel.

You can find more information on each institute's website but I recommend you to contact them directly to get all the information about the different programs, financial aid options, and more.
