There are more than a few programs in Israel in the field of agriculture (and green house as well).

Among the schools and institutions who offer the different programs you can find: The Arava Institute, Galilee institute, The agriculture Faculty of The Hebrew university. The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.

Each school and institute have a different program, some of the programs could be shorter or longer than others and some offer scholarships to international students. I highly recommend contacting them directly to get the full accurate details.
