Israel master`s degree education admission

Hi, I am Eugene, 19 y. o. from Moscow. I am looking for post graduate education in Israel. I have jewish background and willing to return back on native land.
I study law in Russian university and going to graduate and get bachelor's degree after around 2 years and continue law education for working in future, but I will need to obtain knowledge about Israel law system and hebrew language skill.
