Are there scholarships in Israel for adult African civil servants? I am an electrical technician as well as a biomedical engineering technologist wishing to study agriculture and solar energy since I am about to retire when I reach 55 years of age. With this knowledge, I will go into serious food production and at the same time empower myself and the community in which I shall settle.

As far as i know, there are no specific scholarships for adult African civil servants but there are scholarships for international students. You can apply for an international scholarship through the schools website or call them directly.
