Hello Forum Israel Could someone Tell me the Reason why IsraelI Schools and Universities are so expensive in US Dollar Terms.

Is it due to the Cost of Infrastrcuhture and other School Facilities within the State of Israel.

Is there a Formal System of Scholarship and Bursaries within the State of Israel.

And to travel to Israel which Airline is the most Convenient towards Tel Aviv in Israel.

Israeli schools offer many programs in English it depends on what is it you wish to study. International programs are expansive so the cost is high but most schools offer scholarships you just need to apply.
I can't offer you information about black students because it's not part of what we do but the different schools, if you contact them can and will.

Wrong Perception on Israeli Schools
As Hebrew is the Official Language Many Foreign Students assume that Israeli Schools Only take on Hebrew Speaking Students.

Of course one can take advantage of Israel to study the Hebrew Language

Does Israel have a deliberate Policy to attract more Foreign Students For Undergraduate or Graduate Studies in Israel.

Is Student Accommodation Very easy for foreigners to get in Cities like Haifa Jerusalem and Tel Aviv and Holon.

Please try to Deal with Accommodation Issues and Problems.
