As far as i know there are no English bar-tending courses in Israel. You can apply for an Hebrew one at one of the private schools.
There are a few schools who offer bar tending courses in Haifa: Zman Amiti, Bar Master, Show bar and more.
Each course is different but they all cost a few thousand Shekel and last between 2-3 months.
You need to apply directly to each school to get an exact price assessment.
