Postdoc fellowships are available in several Israeli universities. In your field of research there may be some that are more suitable, since they conduct research in agriculture. These include The Hebrew University in Jerusalem and Weizmann Institute in Rehovot. The research takes place in English in most universities.

I would advise you to contact each university and make sure they indeed have resesrchers that specialize in your research interests of plant pathology and microbiology.
