Learning Hebrew in courses or Ulpan

If you would like to come to Israel to study Hebrew, there are quite a few options you can choose from. Hebrew Language courses take place at different universities' international schools such as Haifa University, Ben Gurion University, Tel-Aviv University and more.
Alternately, you can choose to study at the various Ulpan (language schools) around Israel.

The duration of the program varies - some span 3 - 4 weeks and others are around 4 - 6 months long. The length depends on the students' level and prior knowledge. There are courses for beginners.

Many friends have either moved there or studied there, some have gone to ulpan, or taken university courses but you can also hire a private tutor. see the link.
