If you are looking to get some practical tools in project management, I would suggest the international training programs available in Israel. These are usually short workshops that span 2 - 3 weeks and are conducted in English. Professionals from around the world come and study together, which can be very enriching for you as an experienced accountant. You can find business courses at GIMI (Galilee International Management Institute) or at The Golda Meir Institute.

Regarding funding, international students are sometimes eligible for scholarships. These are usually granted according to professional and academic excellence. However, the terms and sums of these scholarships tend to change between schools and from year to year.
