There are several institutes in Israel where international students can take part in courses in security. These include GIMI near Nazareth, The Institute of Terrorism Research and Response in Jerusalem or The Israeli College for Security and Investigations (also in Jerusalem).

The courses are usually aimed at professionals who wish to broaden their knowledge and get to know leading Israeli security and intelligence technologies. Some courses focus on investigation methods, others allow students to get hands on experience in topics such as information collection, threat assessment or even innovative security software.

The programs usually span around 2 - 3 weeks and include many workshops and meetings with Israeli professionals.
