Agro tech short workshop tracks
Hello John,
There are quite a few options available for international students who wish to take part in short agriculture courses in Israel. Most institutions offer courses in agrotech where students can get to know how to develop agricultural businesses. These usually take place as workshops that include tours and hands on experience. Lessons take place in English.
I have attached a link below to more information on these short courses, you can study at institutions such as - TAITC, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation, Israeli Meteorological Service and more.
I would like to inquire whether you also offer aquaculture short courses. If so, do you have a schedule of the aquaculture courses in the pipeline?
Best regards,
Bart

aquaculture training programs for professionals
Hello Bart,
There are indeed various short agricultural courses in Israel, these are usually suitable for professionals who wish to gain hands on experience and get to know innovative Israeli technologies. Among the schools that offer courses are GIMI in Nahalal, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation, TAITC - The Arava International Trainee Center and more. Since the schedule for the courses changes, my advice to you is to contact these schools directly and inquire which aquaculture courses are opening soon.
You can read all about the different courses in the link below my answer.

Getting accepted to M.Sc. programs
Hello Moses,
Israeli International M.Sc. tracks in agriculture are open to students from a wide variety of countries. These programs allow students from across the globe to learn together and gain important professional and academic knowledge. The main criteria for accepting students is their academic record. Most universities require a B.Sc. degree in subjects such as agriculture, animal studies, life science, biology and more. The GPA is usually 3 or above. Also, students from non English-speaking countries need to pass a TOEFL exam - an English proficiency test, as the M.Sc. tracks are taught in English.
If you would like to read more about the admission process and curriculum, you can read the article I have linked below on M.Sc. agriculture in Israel. These tracks are offered at Ben Gurion University, Weizmann Institute and more.
