Hebrew University Scholarship program for international students

Hello

I am called Katabarwa Albert a finalist student of public health undergraduate at Cavendish University Uganda hoping to pursue my Master in International Public Health program at Hebrew University but i don't know where to get clear and genuine information on how to apply for scholarship while basing here in Uganda. I dearly dream of being part of Hebrew University community.what i want to know is what are the requirements, who is is eligible and how can one apply for you MIPH Scholarship program and ofcourse how can one get Israel student Visa.

Therefore am asking is there any information one can get concerning scholarship at Israel consulate in Uganda.
