There are a few institutions in Israel which offer internship programs for international students in Israel. To my knowledge they are all in English because they are built especially for international students.

All internships in Israel are for students that attend an Israeli university or attend other academic institutions that collaborate with Israeli universities.

Among the academic institutes which offer internship programs to international students you can find: The Bar Ilan University, The Ben Gurion University of the Negev, The Hebrew University, The Tel Aviv University and more.

Regarding the scholarships and financial help you'll have to contact the schools and institutions directly.

Tuition for masters in agriculture
Hello,

Applying for M.Sc. in agriculture is possible with a high GPA in B.Sc. studies. Most universities require 80 GPA or above. You will also need to pass an English proficiency exam, such as TOEFL.

Tuition fees vary between the different universities. Usually, it is around 17,000$ for 1 year tracks and around 8,000$ a year for 2 year programs. However, I would advise you to inquire on that matter directly to the universities.
