As far as i know, there are no Mechina crash courses - The Mechina programs takes at least a few months.
Bagrut is a different story because you can study by yourself but you depend on the tests which are every summer and winter and not all year long.
The two programs you've mentioned are different and without more information it's hard for me to advise you.
