Hi Sir, how can a person that don't have money can benefit from this scholarship? I am a Liberian got through with my Bsc in gen. Agriculture and want to forward my education at Mater level. I need this scholarship. Please to anyone who is responsible for this should please help me.

There are more than a few programs in Israel in the field of agriculture - workshops, training programs. short courses and more.
Among the schools and institutions who offer the different programs you can find: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.
