I am a teacher with more than 15 years educational experience with a degree in management and leadership degree. I am very much interested in rural development and improving the livelihood of rural population in Zimbabwe. I need a program to further my knowledge in rural agriculture.

Rural agriculture studies in Israel
Hello Takaidza,

There are more than a few programs in Israel in the field of agriculture - workshops, training programs. short courses and more.
Among the schools and institutions who offer the different programs you can find: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.

Each school and institute have a different program, some of the programs could be shorter or longer than others and some offer scholarships to international students so I've attached a link a at the end of my message that will send you to an article about the different schools, institutes and programs you can choose from and hopefully help you find the best one for you.
