The IDC in Herzliya offers an Ulpan program.
The Ulpan is run in conjunction with the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Absorption and offers six levels of intensive Hebrew instruction.
As far as i know, classes begin on July 7th, 2019 and end on August 15th, 2019.

Ithink you need to consider the dates because it's unlikely you'll find a course in Herzliya starting in the end of May.
