Trauma nursing in Tel Aviv

I am a south african female looking to study nursing in israel. I have little to no knowledge of hebrew but I am willing to learn. I am struggling to find sites with admission requirements for 2020 in tel aviv. I am matriculating this year with mathematics, physical science and biology.
