You can study Hebrew as part of short courses in the different universities or as part of an Ulpan program (usually meant for new immigrants). Most of the Hebrew courses open during the summer or in the winter, so I would advise you to contact these institutions and inquire about the different opening dates of the courses. You can study at Tel Aviv University, Haifa University, Ben Gurion University and others. You can read more about the different options in the link below my answer.

Hebrew courses in Israel are taught in many different levels, according to your fluency in the language. You can study in several universities such as Ben Gurion University, Haifa University, The Hebrew University and Tel Aviv University. Also, there are quite a few Ulpan programs available, although some offer slightly longer tracks. I have added a link below to an article with all the information on the Hebrew courses.
