Educational exchange students in agriculture

Hi.

My name is Paulo Sales. My contact is in behealf of my son’s interest of making an technical-educacional exchange in Israel. Acttually he’s studying the 3rd year of Agronomics Engeneering here in Brazil. We live in Petrolina City, located in semi-arid region of Pernambuco State.

Our region has the irrigated agriculture as its stronger highlight, activity that’s responsable for lacal economic and social development. Knowing that Israel is ahead in irrigation technology issues, I’d like to count on an oportunity for him to learn and develop his sklills from a vanguard cientific center.
Is there any program like that in order to attend us? If so, how or what to do to apply?
